Ruth Bader Ginsburg first woman to lie in state at Capitol

Legislators joined others at the Capitol as the casket of Ruth Bader Ginsburg arrived to be placed in Statuary Hall atop the Lincoln Catafalque, a bier built for the funeral of President Abraham Lincoln.
