Twins shortstop Andrelton Simmons sidelined because of COVID-19

Andrelton Simmons tested positive for the virus, the Twins announced before Wednesday's doubleheader against Boston, and the shortstop was placed on the COVID-19 injury list and ordered to quarantine for at least 10 days.
