The first man shot by Kyle Rittenhouse on the streets of Kenosha was "hyperaggressive" that night, threatened to kill Rittenhouse and someone with him, and later lunged for Rittenhouse's rifle just before the 17-year-old fired, witnesses testified Thursday.
