Vikings choose Rams' Kevin O'Connell as their new head coach, don't make offer to Jim Harbaugh

The Vikings spent most of Wednesday interviewing Michigan's Jim Harbaugh but never made him an offer. Instead, they chose the Rams' offensive coordinator, who can't officially be hired until after the Super Bowl.
