Gun shop owner: Shooter in Burnsville killings possessed firearm illegally through 'straw purchase'
The owner told the Star Tribune that his gun shop 'had no way of knowing' the weapon would end being in the hands of the man who killed two police officers and a firefighter/paramedic.
