'Be the help.' Coon Rapids cop teaches CPR in Heart Safe campaign

In three years, Coon Rapids police officer Bryan Platz and volunteers have trained more than 13,000 people to perform hands-only CPR and use an AED, a medical device to shock a cardiac arrest victim back to life.
