What Gracie Abrams, Kat Graham, and Emily Ratajkowski Wore This Week
Was it just us, or did anyone else notice there were a lot of weird things happening this week? From Sydney Sweeney’s poorly thought-out jeans ad to the Celsius manufacturing mix-up with High Noon and the mysterious WNBA bright-green dildo scandal, something was definitely up (Mercury is in retrograde!). But even so, celebrities kept up appearances outfitted in luxurious looks by Gucci, Balmain, and Chanel. I wonder if anyone prepared with a bit of facial shapewear beforehand? Below, the best looks from the week.
Best Dressed: Gracie Abrams
For her tour in New York, Abrams wore custom Chanel. The jacquard dress is patterned with white camellias and finished with a satin belt — thoughtful and refined, Abrams’s signature.
Best Dressed Runner-Up: Kat Graham
Actress Kat Graham visited The Big Tigger Morning Show With Jazzy McBee in Atlanta. She wore a two-toned suit with fur-lined sleeves and added a pair of oversize glasses to top off the look.
Best Tastemaker: Emily Ratajkowski
In honor of the House’s GG Monogram campaign starring Emily Ratajkowski, Gucci returned to the Maidstone for a summer-evening dinner. Ratajkowski wore a simple black dress with a thigh-high slit and a matching pair of stilettos, plus Gucci’s newest tote.
Best Accessorized: Colman Domingo and Mel Ottenberg
Colman Domingo and editor-in-chief of Interview Mel Ottenberg came together in conversation at a Swarovski event. Domingo wore Swarovski jewels, a Valentino hat, and Valentino shoes. Ottenberg was styled in a denim jacket and pinky ring.
Best Botany: Tamron Hall
Hall celebrated the Dance Theatre of Harlem’s first residency at a reception hosted by chef Aliya LeeKong. Her floor-length dress was printed with tropical flowers, and she paired it with a basket bag and acrylic bangles.
Best Archival: Lindsay Lohan
This week, Lohan’s press-tour looks were inspired by her Parent Trap characters. She appeared at the Good Morning America studios in a Balmain Resort tweed yellow tartan-print ensemble — a nod to Annie James’s uppity aesthetic.
Best Linkup: Vanessa Sposi and Laura Brown
Swimwear designer Vanessa Sposi teamed up with stylist Laura Brown for a special resort capsule collection, and they celebrated the occasion with a luncheon at Printemps New York. Both wore relaxed pieces from the new line, with Sposi in a tube top and linen pants and Brown in a matching olive-green set.
Best Off-Duty: Breanna Stewart
Breanna Stewart arrived at the New York Liberty vs. Minnesota Lynx game in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where she kept warm in Off-White’s nylon tracksuit.
