Jameela Jamil ‘Accidentally Orgasmed’ at a DJ-ing Gig
Who hasn’t accidentally orgasmed in public, right? Well, I have not. But if you have, you’re not alone … I guess? On October 20, Jameela Jamil appeared on The Romesh Ranganathan Show, where she was asked to give the host “some sort of viral moment or exclusive” for the show. And boy, did she deliver!
The story goes like this: In 2012, Jamil was booked to DJ something called the Young Farmer’s Ball in the U.K. “There was nowhere to put the decks other than on top of the speakers, and I’m a sensitive young woman. Or I was at the time. I was 26, I think,” she explained. “And I had to DJ on the speakers, but the vibration of the bass was, you know, awakening something in my groin area.” That was when she “started having an orgasm in front of 6,000 people.” Sounds like a good day at work, if you ask me.
It wasn’t just one orgasm, apparently. Jamil says the constant rumble of the bass caused her to orgasm over and over again during her hourlong set. She says she ended up fainting at the end of the session. “I couldn’t feel anything from the waist down and couldn’t even pee for, like, 12 hours,” she said.
All’s well that ends well, etc., etc. In any case, I’m sure there will be an increased request for tickets to next year’s Young Farmer’s Ball.
