Timothée Chalamet Says Fatherhood ‘Could Be on the Radar’
Timothée Chalamet is gearing up for the December release of Marty Supreme, Josh Safdie’s Ping-Pong magnum opus, which means he’s on the December cover of Vogue. Alongside revelations about his time at Columbia University and his quest to win an Oscar, he suggested he may be ready to be a dad. Oh?

The fatherhood discussion kicked off after Chalamet was asked about his girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, whom he declined to talk about. “I don’t say that with any fear,” he said. “I just don’t have anything to say.” However, he didn’t mind, as Vogue put it, “acknowledging the new stage of his life that he is entering into.” Jenner is, of course, a parent, and Chalamet pointed out that his elder sister, the Sex Lives of College Girls actress Pauline Chalamet, had a baby last year; his Dune co-star Zendaya announced her engagement to Tom Holland earlier this year; and another Dune co-star, Anya Taylor-Joy, got married in 2022.
All of this has apparently led Chalamet to conclude that, yes, children “could be on the radar.” Maybe he’s planning to give Stormi some Ping-Pong lessons? Or, you know, he just wants to be a really good plant dad. You can put a Knicks jersey on anything.
