Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has claimed that Tottenham Hotspur defender Sergio Reguilon is on the radar of more than one club this summer.
Tottenham signed Reguilon from Madrid for £27million during the 2020 summer window, with the La Liga giants insisting on adding a buy-back clause into the deal (Mirror).
This summer represents Madrid’s last opportunity to trigger the deal which would see Spurs net a profit in the region of £15million (Football.London).
The Spanish international has fallen behind Ryan Sessegnon in the North London pecking order in recent weeks, with Antonio Conte preferring the Englishman in the top six fixtures against the likes of Manchester City, Liverpool and Arsenal where he gave a good account of himself.
Romano claimed on his YouTube channel (27/5/22) that Reguilon is attracting interest from a number of top clubs and will have plenty of opportunities to leave Spurs this summer.
The Times claimed earlier this week that Reguilon is one of a number of players that Tottenham are looking to offload this summer as part of Conte’s rebuild.

Reguilon would in all probability welcome a return to Spain this summer if he is likely to be playing second fiddle to Sessegnon, such are his hopes of holding down a regular place in the national team.
His pace is arguably his best asset and needs to improve in the final third, given his lack of composure in front of goal which hampers his ability to impact a game. Fans have to look no further than the win at Brighton last season where he should have scored twice.
