Lucas Moura has named four Tottenham stars in his dream team of footballers he has played with across his career.
Starting his journey in his native Brazil with Sao Paulo, Moura’s big break came in 2013 when Paris Saint-Germain swooped to secure the services of the then talented teenager.
After five years with the French giants, the pacy forward joined Spurs where he currently remains to this day, although it has been claimed they could be willing to listen to offers for the 29-year-old this summer (Evening Standard).
While also representing Brazil on 35 occasions (Transfermarkt), Moura has had the chance to play in teams filled with plenty of big names across the board.
And when quizzed by Brazilian outlet TNT Sport about his dream starting XI, he named a mix of current and former Spurs players in his ideal line-up.
Despite playing with World Cup winner Hugo Lloris, Moura sided with legendary compatriot Rogerio Ceni in goal, who developed a reputation for his ability from set-pieces with an impressive 131 goals in over 1200 appearances (Wikipedia).
He then picked an all-Brazilian defence including former PSG teammates Thiago, Marquinhos and Maxwell as well as Barcelona icon Dani Alves.
Ex-Les Parisiens midfielder Thiago Motta was selected in the centre of the pitch and is partnered with Mousa Dembele, despite spending just one year as Moura’s teammate at Tottenham.
Moura then chose himself to fill an attacking midfield role in the side before Spurs duo Heung-min Son and Harry Kane made up a fearsome front three including Neymar.
In picking a manager to oversee proceedings from the touchline, he leaned towards Jose Mourinho having worked with him briefly at Spurs, despite having the choice of Antonio Conte, Mauricio Pochettino and Carlo Ancelotti available to him.

It is not entirely surprising to see the mix of Brazilian players in there considering they all have had plenty of success at PSG and with the national team previously.
But it is nice to see him recognise some of the talent at Tottenham. Kane and Son are the obvious choices for him given how well they have performed together, but Dembele is an excellent choice too as many players have praised just how good he was.
