GiveMeSport have suggested that the only two clubs that could ‘open up’ and offer a potential transfer route for Harry Kane are Newcastle United and Manchester United.
Harry Kane put in some fantastic performances at the World Cup this winter and came away with two goals and three assists (TransferMarkt), but unfortunately his efforts will only be remembered for the key penalty miss against France.
The England captain will return to North London this week and look to get his season back on track, after having scored an impressive 12 goals in 15 games during the first half of the campaign (BBC).
While Kane did make an attempt to push through a move to Man City a couple of summers ago, his routes to guaranteed Premier League glory appear to have dried up a little (SkySports).
Although, there is a feeling he is willing to talk to Spurs about a possible new contract when the time is right (Ben Jacobs).
GiveMeSport have now suggested that Newcastle, with their new-found cash, and Man United could be the ‘only two that could potentially open up’ in the Premier League.
Spurs Web Opinion:
I don’t think Newcastle would look to buy Harry Kane so soon after Isak, plus they are a few years away from challenging. Man United have the draw and the cash, but they are also nowhere near winning anything, so I think Kane may sign an extension with Spurs.
