Cristian Stellini has opened up on the impression Oliver Skipp has made on the Spurs coaching staff since they arrived at Hotspur Way with Antonio Conte.
Skipp was the star of the show against Chelsea this afternoon after he rifled his first Tottenham goal past Kepa to help seal all three points in the London derby for his boyhood club.

Spurs and Chelsea played out a rather cagey first 45 minutes in which the Lilywhites struggled to create many chances of note, but there was certainly no hanging about in the second half.
After some good work between Dejan Kulusevski and Emerson Royal led to a shot from the latter, Chelsea could only clear their lines as far as Skipp, who took a touch and smashed the ball home from outside the box after just 19 seconds of the second 45.
When asked about the academy graduate in his post-match press conference, Stellini admitted the 22-year-old had made quite the impression on him and Conte.
He said (Football London): “Since we arrived here, Skippy surprised us in that moment.
“In January last season we lost Skippy for a long time, the rest of the season and when Skippy start this season he was not fit very well but he worked hard.
“He is a great guy who work 100 per cent every day. He needed time and the opportunity. When he had the opportunity, he showed to everyone the way and the confidence he has in himself.
“This confidence came from the work he does every day.”
Spurs Web Opinion:
Skipp certainly lacks nothing in the work rate department. Whether he can become a Spurs star of the future really depends on how his game on the ball develops, I think. The one positive from Bentancur’s injury is we now get to see what this lad can do with an extended run in the side.
