The Daily Mail have revealed that Antonio Conte is not expected to be back for Tottenham’s trip to Wolves on Saturday.
Conte has continued to recover in Italy from his gallbladder surgery since the start of February and has only been in the dugout for two of Tottenham’s matches since then – the clash against Leicester City and the first leg of the Champions League tie against AC Milan.

Cristian Stellini has marshalled the tropes from the touchline for all remaining games and his 100 per cent record when overseeing matches was undone when Spurs were dumped out of the FA Cup by Sheffield United on Wednesday.
Stellini suggested following his side’s win over Chelsea last Sunday that he expects Conte to be back before the trip to the Molineux Stadium (Football.London).
However, The Mail have now revealed that the Spurs head coach is unlikely to be back in time for tomorrow’s trip to the West Midlands.
Instead, it is explained that Conte is set to return to London after the Wolves game to prepare the team for their second leg against AC Milan on Wednesday.

Conte will be keen on returning as soon as possible but the club must ensure that the Italian does not make the same mistake as he did last time by returning before he has fully recovered.
Spurs must insist that the 53-year-old take as long as he needs as his health should be the number one priority at the moment.
