Fabio Paratici might find out what the future holds for him today, with The Telegraph’s Matt Law revealing that there will be a preliminary hearing in the Court of Turin regarding allegations of malpractice at Juventus.
Tottenham confirmed on Sunday that they had parted ways with Antonio Conte, with Cristian Stellini installed as interim head coach and Ryan Mason as his assistant.
Curiously, the club’s announcement did not include a statement by Fabio Paratici, with only Daniel Levy sending a message to the fans.
Levy told the club’s official site: “We have 10 Premier League games remaining and we have a fight on our hands for a Champions League place. We all need to pull together.
“Everyone has to step up to ensure the highest possible finish for our Club and amazing, loyal supporters.”
That might perhaps be down to the Spurs managing director of football being handed a 30-month suspension as part of Juventus’s false accounting scandal, which has been appealed by the Serie A giants. (Gianluca Di Marzio).
Law has now revealed on social media that the Court of Turin will hold a preliminary hearing on Monday regarding whether there should be a criminal trial into allegations of malpractice at Juventus, with Paratici being named as one of the defendants.
Also worth pointing out there is a preliminary hearing in the Court of Turin scheduled for tomorrow regarding whether there should be a criminal trial into allegations of malpractice at Juventus – Fabio Paratici is named as one of the defendants. https://t.co/c17TGYab3r

Spurs Web Opinion
If there is a criminal trial, perhaps Spurs would not want the negative PR that comes with having Paratici in charge and might decide to part ways with the Italian, irrespective of the verdict of the case or Juve’s appeal.
However, the fact that Paratici has seemingly been put in charge of the club’s next managerial appointment (Daily Mail), suggests that the 50-year-old still has the backing of Daniel Levy.
