SportBild have revealed that Julian Nagelsmann is now ‘very tempted’ by the Tottenham job after ruling himself out of contention for the Chelsea hot seat
Tottenham’s pursuit of Nagelsmann was boosted on Friday by reports that the German had withdrawn his candidacy for the Chelsea job (Telegraph).

When asked about cancelling talks with the West London club, the recently departed Bayern Munich boss suggested that there was no agreement with the club in the first place (Sky Sport Germany via Fabrizio Romano).
Christian Falk took to social media on Saturday to claim that Nagelsmann had turned down Chelsea’s offer to focus on the talks with Tottenham.
SportBild have now further elaborated on the situation, stating that the 35-year-old’s move to Spurs is now getting ‘hot’.
The report explains that when Tottenham first contacted Nagelsmann after his exit from the Allianz Arena, he was not keen to speak to the club as he wanted a ‘little break’.
However, it is asserted that the former Bayern boss is now ‘concentrating’ on the Spurs job and is ‘very tempted’ to take over at N17.
Spurs Web Opinion
It would be an outstanding coup for Spurs if we somehow managed to get Nagelsmann.
However, I am not getting my hopes up at the moment as I think the German could be waiting for one of Real Madrid or Paris Saint-Germain to come calling in the summer.
