Cristian Stellini has named his Tottenham Hotspur side which will take to the field in this afternoon’s Premier League clash against Newcastle United.
The Tottenham players head to St James’ Park knowing that they need to beat the Magpies on their own turf if they are to keep their hopes of a top four finish alive.
Spurs began the week fifth in the Premier League table, three points behind Newcastle, who they will face today, having played one game more than Eddie Howe’s side.
Both teams suffered setbacks last weekend with defeats to Aston Villa and Bournemouth, respectively. Tottenham’s away form is a huge cause of concern having failed to win any of their last six matches on the road in all competitions.
The north Londoners have not won a league match outside of London since beating Bournemouth 3-2 on 29 October. Since then they have taken two points from a possible 15 outside the capital, conceding 13 goals.
This is who takes to the field on Tyneside this afternoon:
Newcastle: Pope, Trippier, Botman, Schar, Burn, Longstaff, Bruno Guimaraes, Willock, Joelinton, Isak, Murphy
Subs: Dubravka, Lascelles, Gordon, Wilson, Ritchie, Targett, Manquillo, Almiron, Anderson.
Tottenham: Lloris, Porro, Romero, Dier, Perisic, Sarr, Skipp, Hojbjerg, Kulusevski, Kane, Son
Subs: Forster, Sanchez, Richarlison, Danjuma, Tanganga, Davies, Lenglet, Devine, Mundle

Cristian Stellini has apparently ripped up Antonio Conte’s 3-4-3 formation and switched to what looks like an attacking 4-3-3 with Porro and Perisic as full-backs.
The change allows Spus to match Newcastle in midfield, with Pape Matar Sarr coming in for Clement Lenglet in just one change from the Bournemouth loss.
