Feyenoord manager Arne Slot is now ahead in the race for the Tottenham job, according to Matt Law and the Telegraph.
Tottenham are currently on the hunt for a new permanent manager to appoint in the summer. Multiple names have been linked to the post, while many have been ruled out of the race too.
Julian Nagelsmann was seemingly out of the running earlier this month after Spurs apparently did not see him as a good fit (Evening Standard).
Bayer Leverkusen manager Xabi Alonso was strongly linked with the North London side, before revealing he would be staying with his current club until at least 2024 (BILD Leverkusen).
Now, it appears Arne Slot is the frontrunner for the vacant managerial role at Tottenham. The 44-year-old has done impressive work over in his native Netherlands and just won the Eredivisie title with Feyenoord.
This was updated earlier on with some Slot quotes confirming he hopes to manage in the Premier League. Indications tonight are that Slot is ahead in the race for #thfc https://t.co/PMlCuvoLVR
