The Scottish Sun have revealed that Celtic coach John Kennedy wants to follow Ange Postecoglou to Tottenham but the Scottish giants are keen to keep hold of him.
Reports over the last 24 hours indicate that Tottenham have sealed an agreement with both Postecoglou and Celtic, with the 57-year-old set to be confirmed as the new Spurs head coach within the next two days (Daily Mail).

The Daily Record reported on Sunday that the Bhoys head coach wants to offer ‘key roles’ to assistants John Kennedy and Gavin Strachan at Tottenham.
On Monday, The Times claimed that Celtic do not want Kennedy to leave and asserted that Postecoglou could first sign for Spurs before going back for his assistant later on.
The Scottish Sun have now provided more details on the matter, stating that Celtic chairman Peter Lawwell and chief executive Michael Nicholson are unhappy with the idea of the Australian coach taking his assistant with him to N17.
They have allegedly informed Kennedy, who has been associated with the club for 25 years (as an academy graduate, first-team player and then as a coach), that they want him to remain in Glasgow.
However, the report adds that the former Celtic centre-back feels he has achieved everything he can at the club and wants to team up with Postecoglou again at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Spurs Web Opinion
If Celtic are not going to give Kennedy the head coach job, which does not seem to be on the cards, I do not think they can stop him from following Postecoglou to Tottenham.
With the 39-year-old reportedly keen on making the switch to North London, I expect Spurs to get the deal over the line sooner rather than later.
