The print edition of Mundo Deportivo (21/06/23 as relayed by Sport Witness) have revealed that Barcelona could propose a swap deal to Tottenham involving Clement Lenglet and Giovani Lo Celso.
The report states that Xavi Hernández likes the Tottenham midfielder ‘a lot’ while the Barca hierarchy are also in favour of a move for the player.

It is explained that Tottenham see the 27-year-old as being dispensable, which is why the Catalan club believe they could reach an agreement with the North Londoners for the former Real Betis man.
Clement Lenglet and Giovani Lo Celso swap deal
Mundo Deportivo add that with Tottenham keen on signing Clement Lenglet permanently on the back of his loan spell at N17, Barca could propose a swap deal between the Frenchman and Lo Celso.
It is alleged that the La Liga giants could also try and secure the Argentine on a season-long loan deal from the Premier League side.
However, in that case, it is explained that Lo Celso would have to adjust his wages as Barcelona cannot afford to match his current salary if they are to stay within the FFP restrictions.
Spurs Web Opinion
Among the players that were out on loan last season, Lo Celso evidently seems to be attracting the most interest.
Spurs would want to sell him to the highest bidder and that is unlikely to be Barca, given their financial situation.
I suspect that the Argentina international will end up reuniting with Unai Emery at Villa Park.
