The Telegraph have revealed that Chelsea have been ‘alerted’ by the fact that Harry Kane has commissioned the building of a sizeable new family home close to Wentworth Golf Cub, which is just 15 miles away from the Blues’ training ground.
The possibility of Kane exiting Tottenham this summer suddenly appears to be a much more realistic one than it was a few days ago.

This was after Bayern Munich had an opening offer of £60m plus add-ons for the striker being turned down by Spurs on Tuesday (Sky Sports), with the German club now expected to make an improved offer of around £80m to test Daniel Levy’s resolve (Ben Jacobs).
Sky Germany reporter Florian Plettenberg claimed two days ago that the Bundesliga giants have already reached a verbal agreement with Kane, with the deal now depending on agreeing a fee with the North London club.
Harry Kane’s new home is located close to Chelsea
The Telegraph now reveal that curiously, the Tottenham man has commissioned a brand-new mansion in Surrey.
The report explains that the 29-year-old and his family began the project some time ago and that it is now close to completion.
With Chelsea’s Cobham training centre-back being just around a 25-minute drive away from the location, the West London club have allegedly been alerted to the situation.
However, the publication adds that as things stand, there is no suggestion that a bid is imminent from Mauricio Pochettino’s men for Kane.
Spurs Web Opinion
Levy would simply not entertain any offers from Chelsea for Kane while the striker himself would not consider moving to the Blues and tarnishing his Tottenham legacy.
However, I personally believe that this Bayern track is more realistic than many Spurs fans seem to think.
If the Bavarians bid £80m plus add-ons for the 29-year-old, I believe that the deal would go through.
