Fabrizio Romano has said that Daniel Levy will communicate his final decision on Harry Kane today.
Earlier in the day, The Telegraph reported that Bayern Munich have set midnight on Friday as the deadline for Spurs to accept their latest offer for Kane.
The report claimed that should the North London club not accept the bid by the stipulated deadline, the Bavarian side will consider turning their attention to other transfer targets.

The outlet explained that all parties, including Spurs and Kane, want a swift resolution to the matter, particularly with the new campaign now just over a week away.
The Telegraph added that should a deal not be agreed between Bayern and Tottenham, the 30-year-old is expected to see out the final year of his contract at Spurs and leave for free next summer.
Final decision to be made on Harry Kane today
Romano has now taken to social media to report something quite similar, stating that sources close to the negotiation expect a final decision today.
The journalist claimed that Spurs will take a call on whether the deal is ‘in or out’, with the decision expected to be communicated by Levy today.

This might be a negotiating tactic by one of the two parties to force the other’s hand. I do not think either club would have set Friday midnight as the deadline, given that there is still a month left in the transfer window.
