Football Insider claim that Tottenham Hotspur have put Giovani Lo Celso in the shop window ahead of January.
Lo Celso has missed nearly two months of football due to a hamstring problem but the midfielder made his comeback in Spurs’ 2-1 win over Crystal Palace last week, coming off the bench for his third appearance of the season.
On Wednesday, Estadio Deportivo revealed that Real Betis might reignite their interest in the Argentine in January, having failed to get a deal for him over the line in the summer.
The outlet explained that the La Liga side even reached out to the midfielder’s father during the summer regarding a return to the club and that they remain vigilant to see if a ‘market opportunity’ to sign the 27-year-old would open up in the winter.

Spurs willing to sell Lo Celso if the price is right
If Football Insider’s latest update is to be believed, Tottenham have decided to offload Lo Celso when the transfer market reopens.
The report claims that the Lilywhites are now ready to end their four-and-a-half-year association with the midfielder and would accept an offer of around £15m-£20m for the player.

Lo Celso remains Tottenham’s only natural cover for James Maddison, which is why I doubt Postcoglou would want to let the Argentine leave in January without bringing another attacking midfielder through the door.
