Tuttosport have claimed that Tottenham Hotspur continues to have Samuel Iling-Junior firmly in their sights as we head closer to the January transfer window.
Over the last couple of weeks, multiple Italian outlets have installed Tottenham as the favourites to sign Iling-Junior, who is thought to be keen on leaving Juventus in search of regular game time (CalcioMercato).
However, Spurs are not expected to have a free run at the 20-year-old, with the likes of Marseille (Calciomercato) and Brighton (TEAMtalk) also said to be eyeing the youngster.

Samuel Iling-Junior is firmly in Tottenham’s sights
TuttoSport have now become the latest outlet to report on Tottenham’s pursuit of Iling-Junior, stating that the North London club ‘never lost sight’ of the England Under-21 international.
The report states that the Lilywhites view the Chelsea academy graduate as someone who can bolster their hopes of qualifying for the Champions League.
The publication adds that Juve will look to sell Iling-Junior for around €20m (£17.1m) and reinvest the funds to sign Shakhtar Donetsk’s Georgiy Sudakov.

The Italian media certainly appear convinced that Iling-Junior is Tottenham-bound, perhaps because of the good relationship that the Premier League side have with the Juve hierarchy. However, there could be plenty of twists and turns left in this transfer saga.
