Radu Dragusin has admitted that it feels good to know that the likes of Tottenham Hotspur are taking note of his performances but insisted that he remains focused on doing well for Genoa this season.
Dragusin has seamlessly made the step up from Serie B to the top flight following Genoa’s promotion, with their 21-year-old arguably being one of the best centre-backs on show in Italy this season.
It has been widely reported by various outlets over the last couple of weeks that the former Juventus man is one of the defenders at the top of Tottenham’s wishlist in January (The Athletic).
Some outlets (such as TMW) have even suggested that Spurs ‘have an offer ready’ for the Romanian international, who is allegedly valued by Genoa at €30m (£26m).
A couple of days ago, Fabrizio Romano revealed that Tottenham’s technical director Johan Lange had travelled to Italy recently to watch the centre-back in action.
Spurs are not the only club thought to be eyeing the Genoa star, with the player also thought to be on the radar of Atalanta (Il Bianconero).

Radu Dragusin speaks about Tottenham rumours
The young defender has now addressed the speculation over his future, insisting the rumours will not distract him from his job at hand at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris.
When asked about reports of Tottenham’s and Genoa’s interest, Dragusin told Romanian publication Sport.ro: “It’s a nice feeling to know that what you do, you do well, and other teams notice this.
“But for me, this is not personal. My goal is to develop as well as possible at Genoa and make the season as good as possible.”
Spurs Web Opinion
I believe that Dragusin is the main alternative that Tottenham have identified for Jean-Clair Todibo if a deal for the Nice star proves difficult. Given the modest price being mooted for the 21-year-old, the deal should be fairly straightforward to complete for Spurs.
