Tottenham Hotspur are back in action this weekend with Crystal Palace their opponents. Here’s how to watch the game, when it’s kicking off, and who will be available to play.
Spurs fans didn’t get to see their side play last weekend, with the game against Chelsea postponed due to the Carabao Cup final.
The Lilywhites saw Aston Villa pull further ahead in the race for fourth place, but Ange Postecoglou‘s men have the chance to catch up this weekend with a home tie against Crystal Palace.
The Eagles were well and truly flying last weekend, though, buoyed by the arrival of their new manager, Oliver Glasner. Palace beat struggling Burnley 3-0, and will be looking to gather some momentum with a win over Spurs.
When and where is the Spurs vs Crystal Palace game?
The game will take place at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday, March 2nd, with Spurs the hosts for a 3:00 pm kick-off in the Premier League once again this weekend.
How to watch the Spurs vs Crystal Palace game?
Unfortunately, there is no way to watch the Spurs vs Crystal Palace game live.
As part of the English Football League blackout, no Saturday afternoon matches are allowed to be broadcast on any television channel. You can keep up to date with the scores via Sky Sports Soccer Saturday, and then watch highlights on Match of the Day on Saturday night.
Spurs vs Crystal Palace team news
The key issues on Tottenham’s radar this week will be the fitness of full-backs Pedro Porro and Destiny Udogie. The pair missed the game against Wolves and will be pushing to be available for this weekend.
Udogie is very much expected to be fit, but his counterpart on the right, Porro, could well need another week before he is ready to play.
Meanwhile, long-term absentee, Manor Solomon, is likely to also need another week. Fraser Forster and Ryan Sessegnon are unlikely to play again this season.
Palace will be missing key players such as Marc Guehi, Michael Olise, and Cheick Doucoure. Jesurun Rak-Sakyi and Rob Holding are also unavailable.
However, star midfielder Eberechi Eze is pushing for a return to the starting lineup after some time out, and Will Hughes could also be ready to play.
The Spurs Web prediction
Palace will be buzzing after last weekend, and we’ve got to be very careful as they are a completely different proposition now, with a new manager and new tactics. We’ve got to bounce back, and the players know how important a win will be. I’ll go for a 3-1 Spurs win.
