The report asserts that Thomas Frank’s men love the versatility that the 20-year-old offers, and they have now launched some informal enquiries to understand how difficult a deal for the youngster would prove to be.
The North Londoners have been keeping an eye on the midfielder’s contract situation and have now decided to initiate contact.
It is unclear if Spurs received any encouragement, with the report making it clear that Man United are not actively seeking a buyer for the England man at the moment.
