Tottenham fans will love how Kevin Danso’s teammates have reacted to the centre-back’s performance against Everton.
Tottenham managed to keep yet another clean sheet away from home on Sunday and emerged with a 3-0 win, which means that Spurs now have the best away record in the Premier League this season.
In the absence of Cristian Romero, Danso again stepped up, with the Austrian managing 18 clearances, 14 of which were headed.
Tottenham fans have sung the praises of Danso on social media, with many feeling that the 26-year-old has made sure the Tottenham captain’s absence has not been felt.

After helping the Lilywhites keep another clean sheet, the former Lens man took to Instagram to write “And that’s how you get it done!” along with a wall emoji.
Many of his Tottenham teammates reacted, including both Cristian Romero and Van de Ven, who described Danso’s performance with similar words.
The Dutchman wrote: “top top top” while the Argentine responded with: “Oooocho top”. Meanwhile, Mohammed Kudus wrote: “Kelvinnnhooo”, and Porro reacted with: “KEVIIIIIIIII” and heart-eyes emoji.
Danso earns the praise of Thomas Frank
When asked about Van de Ven’s performance after the game, Thomas Frank urged the media not to forget to give Danso his due.
In a separate interview with the club’s media, Frank admitted that every coach would love a player like Danso in their squad, talking highly of the defender’s personality and character.
The £21m that Tottenham paid to Lens for Danso now certainly looks like a huge bargain.
