FOUR Brits have been arrested in Australia and New Zealand after a £50million drugs’ bust.
Two UK citizens — a 51-year-old man and a woman aged 40 — were arrested in Queensland after Aussie police seized 766kg of MDMA powder.

And two other British men, aged 60 and 49, were then held by cops in New Zealand after 200kg of methamphetamine was seized last week as part of the same operation.
Queensland Police said the MDMA powder was the purest they had ever recorded and could have made near to 12 million pills.
The seizure represented around 7 per cent of the national yearly total in Australia.
Queensland’s detective superintendent Jon Wacker said: “We believe the drug would have been diluted with other agents and had the potential to make between six and 12 million capsules.”
“Organised crime syndicates are making significant profit at the expense of our Australian community.
“More importantly they are placing our young people’s health at risk.

“This operation has been focused on targeting and dismantling this organised syndicate.”
Dr Kate Willis, from the Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission estimates that over 1.1 tonnes of MDMA is consumed in the continent each year.
She said: “Removing 766kg of MDMA before it reaches our streets will have an immeasurable impact on the illicit MDMA market.”
