CHARLOTTE Crosby left fans horrified at the caption on her bloody Halloween photo with boyfriend Joshua Ritchie.
The terrifying photo shows the Celebs Go Dating couple drenched in fake blood over their chest and mouths.
Josh, 25, has a striped long sleeved shirt on unbuttoned all the way down so you can see his toned body, with ripped skinny jean shorts.
He also has light up trainers.
Meanwhile, Charlotte, 29, is wearing a latex body suit with cat ears, unzipped at the front to show off ehr curves.
She completed the spooky look with knee high boots.
However, it was the outfits that were scaring their friends – but the caption of the photo.
She wrote: “We f***ed on my period.”
Their friends came out in force to laugh at the caption, with In The Style boss Adam Frisby commenting: “You’re caption is ILL and I want to vomit we can’t be friends anymore.”
Fellow Geordie Shore star Holly Hagan wrote: “I’m actually shook at the caption.”
Whereas Towie star Olivia Attwood added simply: “Hahahahahhaha”

Charlotte moved into Ex On The Beach star Josh Ritchie’s Bolton home earlier this month, giving up her plush Newcastle mansion.
They both appeared on the latest season of Celebs Go Dating in order to receive couple’s counselling – and she says it worked wonders.
Speaking to Daily Star’s TV Life magazine, the reality star said: “Obviously it was scary because we didn’t want people to think, ‘Charlotte and Josh must have a rubbish relationship if they’re going to get help with it’.
“But one of the coaches, Paul [Carrick Brunson], was honest and said to me, ‘The best time to work on a marriage is before you even get married and then you don’t have to work on it once it’s happened’. That’s so true.”
