BINDI Irwin’s brother Rob has called his sister ‘the most incredible, caring and strong mum’ to newborn daughter Grace.
The 22-year-old star revealed in an Instagram post today that she had given birth to her first child Grace Warrior – named partly in honour of her late dad, Steve Irwin.
Bindi Irwin’s brother Rob has shared a picture with his newborn niece Grace[/caption]Bindi and husband Chandler Powell shared a sweet picture of themselves with their newborn, and just a few hours later her brother Rob posted his first snap with her too.
The proud uncle gazed adoringly at his niece and wrote alongside it: “Let the uncle adventures begin! Love you so much, Grace.
“This little one picked the two best parents in the entire world. The most incredible, caring and strong Mum… and the funnest, coolest and kindest Dad.
“Love you three so much – I can’t wait for this exciting journey ahead!”
Bindi, 22, revealed she had welcomed her first child with husband Chandler Powell earlier today[/caption] Rob praised his sister as the most ‘incredible’ mother[/caption]Earlier today, Bindi had wrote alongside her picture with Chandler and Grace: “Our graceful warrior is the most beautiful light.
“Grace is named after my great-grandmother, and relatives in Chandler’s family dating back to the 1700s.
“Her middle names, Warrior Irwin, are a tribute to my dad and his legacy as the most incredible Wildlife Warrior.
“Her last name is Powell and she already has such a kind soul just like her dad.

Steve Irwin died in September 2006, aged 44, while filming at Batt Reef in Queensland for the series Ocean’s Deadliest.
He was pierced in the chest by a stingray barb having approached the animal in a bid to film it swimming away.
