The Kia then reportedly hit the car in front of it, a 2011 GMC Yukon.
Witnesses claimed Sytch, 49, had been “driving at a high rate of speed,” according to records obtained by The US Sun.
The Kia’s driver, identified as Julian Lasseter Jr, was taken to the hospital, where he later died.
Sytch was also taken to the same nearby hospital with unknown injuries.
The driver and passengers of the third vehicle complained of pain but were not taken to hospital, per official documents.
Police obtained a blood sample test from Sytch but the results are pending.
A spokesman for the Ormond Beach Police Department told TMZ the results could lead to criminal charges against the former wrestler.

She was charged with eluding a police officer, two counts of contempt or violating a domestic violence restraining order, and “operating motor vehicle during second license suspension,” Monmouth County Sheriff’s Office records show.
Sytch competed in the then-World Wrestling Federation from 1995 to 1998 after a few years in Smoky Mountain Wrestling.
In 1996, while wrestling in the World Wrestling Federation, she was the internet’s most downloaded celebrity, according to America Online.
