This is a super-fast way to prepare a seafood supper.
Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets
- Extra-virgin olive oil (2 tsp.)
- Black pepper (freshly ground)
- Kosher salt
- One minced garlic clove
- Packed brown sugar (1 tbsp.)
- Whole grain mustard (2 tbsp.)
- Fresh thyme leaves (1/2 tsp.)
To make it:
- Start by seasoning the fish with salt and black pepper all over
- Whisk up mustard, garlic, oil, thyme and black sugar in a small bowl
- Pour the combined garlic mixture over the fish, then arrange it in the fryer’s basket
- Cook it at 200 degrees for around 10 minutes, then enjoy!

Omelettes sound easy to make, but in reality it’s too easy to get wrong and end up with a scrambled mess.
Thankfully, you can make a great omelette using your trusty countertop cooker and the following ingredients:
- 3 large eggs
- Olive oil cooking spray
- Whole milk (2 tbsp.)
- Black pepper (freshly ground)

- thawed, squeezed and chopped frozen spinach (3 tbsp.)
- Finely chopped roasted red peppers (3 tbsp.)
- Crumbled goat cheese (1 tbsp.)
All you need to make it is:
- Using cooking spray, grease a cake pan (7-inches, non-stick)
- Whisk up milk, eggs, some black pepper and a pinch of salt
- One that’s combined, pour the mixture into the pan, and top half of it with red peppers and spinach
- Carefully move the pan and place on the air-fryer basket and then cook at 180 degrees for six to eight minutes
- Take the pan from the air fryer, and pour goat’s cheese over the the vegetables
- Fold the egg over using a spatula
- Slide it onto a plate and enjoy!
Crispy potatoes
Ingredients:
- Baby potatoes, halved (1lb)
- Extra-virgin olive oil (1 tbsp.)
- Italian seasoning (1 tsp.)
- Garlic powder (1 tbsp.)
- Cajun seasoning (optional) (1 tsp.)
- Black pepper (freshly ground)
- Kosher salt
- Freshly chopped parsley, (for your garnish)
- Lemon wedge (to serve with food)
Directions:
- Toss your potatoes in oil in a large bowl (along with your Italian and Cajun seasoning (if you’re using it)), as well as seasoning with salt and black pepper
- Then put the spuds in your basket fryer and cook at 200 degrees for around 10 minutes. Give them a good shake with an oven glove and give them another eight to 10 minutes
- Take them out and pour your lemon juice over them, sprinkle a bit of parsley over as a garnish and serve
Air fried chicken wings
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs of chicken wings
- Black pepper (freshly ground)
- Kosher salt
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- Nonstick cooking spray
- Melted butter (4 tbsp.)
- Worcestershire sauce (1 tsp.)
- Garlic powder (1/2 tsp.)
- Blue cheese dressing, (to serve with food)
Directions:
- Get your wings seasoned in a bowl with the pepper and salt, and spray the inside of the air fryer with your trusty non-stick cooking spray
- Cook your wings at around 194 degrees for 12 minutes, then take out the fryer tray, turn the wings over and give them another 12 minutes to cook.
- After that, raise the heat to 200 and give it a further five minutes.
- While this is cooking away nicely, whisk together the butter, hot sauce, garlic powder and Worcester sauce till it combines. Once the wings are cooked, chuck them in, coating them in the sauce.
- Serve up the wings hot and use the blue cheese dressing as a dip

Fried brown rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked long-grain brown rice
- 1 large carrot (peeled, trimmed chopped into small chunks (around 3/4 c.)
- 1/2 cup of thawed frozen peas
- Finely chopped fresh ginger (tsp.)
- 2 thinly sliced scallions, with their green and white parts separated
- Vegetable oil (1 tbsp.)
- Toasted sesame oil (2 tsp.)
- Black pepper (freshly ground)
- Kosher salt (1/4 tsp.)
- 1 finely chopped garlic clove
- Low-sodium soy sauce (2 1/2 tsp.)
- 1 large egg, (lightly beaten)
Directions
- Get a 7-inch non-stick pan and mix together the slice scallion, carrot, salt, vegetable oil, and ginger to combine
- Place the pan in the air-fryer basket and cook at 200 degrees for 2 and half minutes. Stir and give it another 2 and half minutes – it’ll be ready when the carrot and onions are becoming tender
- With an oven glove, remove the basket and add your cooked rice, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic and a bit pepper to the mixture you made in step one. Continue to cook all this at 200 degrees for around five minutes until the rice is getting lightly toasted
- Then, take the basket out again and pour peas over one half of the mixture and egg over the other.
- Allow it too cook on 200 for around four minutes until the peas have been warmed and the egg is set
- When that’s done, take it out, give it a good stir, add the green scallion on top, and serve
