Teenager denies killing ‘high achieving young man’, 18, who was stabbed to death after school prom
A TEENAGER has denied killing a high achieving young man who was stabbed to death after his school prom.
Police were called to Cutty’s Lane in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, where they found Kajetan Migdal, 18, with stab injuries on May 27.
He died in hospital during the early hours of the next day.
Patrick Sharp, also 18, pleaded not guilty to Kajetan’s murder during an appearance via video link from Bedford prison to Luton crown court.
He did plea guilty to possession of a blade and possession of cocaine.
Prosecutor Simon Wilshire said the murder trial is set to begin on February 20 next year.

At the time of his death Kajetan’s family said: “Kajetan was a loving, joy-filled young man with a bright future.
“He was known for his love of dance, animals, hard work and caring friendships.
“As a high achiever academically and in his hobbies, he was set for big things.
