EastEnders star almost unrecognisable with grey hair and beard – after rumours he’s returning to soap after seven years
EASTENDERS star Ricky Norwood looks almost unrecognisable with grey hair and a beard.
It comes after rumours have circulated that he’s returning to the BBC soap seven years after his shock exit.
Ricky, 36, played popular character Fatboy in EastEnders between 2010 and 2015.
At the moment he’s currently playing Genie of the Ring in Aladdin at the Princess Theatre in Torquay.
The theatre’s official Instagram page shared a snap of the cast and in the picture Ricky looked totally different to his EastEnders days.
It comes just days after fans were left convinced that Fatboy’s return to the soap has been ‘sealed’ after spotting a clue during a recent episode.
Actor Ricky played the role of Arthur ‘Fatboy’ Chubb until he was apparently killed off seven years ago.
He died in a car accident during the Christmas period in 2015.
But viewers think that he could be back.
As Walford residents learned of the sad passing of Dot Cotton, she was given a royal send-off.
On Tuesday’s episode EastEnders’ latest newbie Reiss Colwell was reading out sympathy cards for the legend.
While in Dot’s living room Reiss pulled one of the cards down from the shelf.
“With Deepest Sympathy”, it said on the front, but what was inside has shocked fans.
It appeared to be a message from Arthur himself.
It read: “Mrs B – Forever in my heart. Arthur x.”
