An insider told The Sun: “Marty has been partying hard lately and pushed producers too far.
“They’ve said he’s not allowed back on TV for the next six months until he sorts himself out and cleans up his act.
“MTV has a firm anti-drugs policy and has already sacked Marty in the past for drug use.
“They won’t put up with it and won’t allow him back on screen for the next six months.”
Marty‘s rep declined to comment when approached by The Sun.
The reality star was axed from Geordie Shore in 2017 after being caught taking drugs.
He was arrested and questioned by police on suspicion of supplying Class A drugs before being released. No further action was taken.
At the time, Marty furiously erupted on Twitter over his sacking. He said: “So I won’t be going back to @mtvgeordieshore as I’ve been sacked according to a few people. F***** in thing is a liftin beg from @mtvex.”
He later added: “Yeah mate funny how everyone else know before f****** me. (sic)”
Last year, Marty returned to prime time TV as he joined stars looking for love on E4’s Celebs Go Dating.
Despite failing to find a connection, Marty enjoyed a flirty friendship with his co-star Ulrika Jonsson, 55.
The cheeky Geordie even claimed the mum-of-four fancied him, after she called him “absolutely delicious”.
But he infuriated bosses who banned him from boozing at Celebs Go Dating events afte causing “chaos” at the final.
Marty also caused rows with other contestants who moaned about his behaviour.
He was given a second chance by TV bosses when he was given an appearance alongside fan favourites Charlotte Crosby, Chloe Ferry, Holly Hagan, Nathan Henry, Marnie Simpson, Sophie Kasaei, Bethan Kershaw, James Tindale and Jay Gardner.
It’s believed filming for a second series starts in January and is set to air later in the spring – but Marty won’t be involved.
The reality star previously opened up about his tragic past after losing his two members of his family to substance abuse.
“I lost me mam and my brother to drink and drugs, said Marty.
“My older brother died of drugs at a session; my mam died through drinking all the time because of me brother and then me two sisters couldn’t handle it so they ended up killing themselves.”
The Sun revealed this week Geordie Shore’s Abbie Holborn has been axed from Geordie Shore for a second time.
The 25-year-old originally joined the show for series 14 in 2016 but was axed after series 17.
Abbie returned just a few months later as a part time cast member and was last seen in the long-awaited reunion show last year.
A source said: “All the cast from the reunion series have been asked to come back for another run, apart from Abbie. She hasn’t heard from the producers and is pretty gutted.
“It’s especially hurtful because this isn’t the first time the show has dropped her, but they brought her back once before so she’s hopeful that might happen a second time and they will change their mind.”
