Nick Candy and pop star wife Holly Valance rock up in £400,000 Rolls Royce to view £150million London mansion
PROPERTY tycoon Nick Candy and his pop star wife Holly Valance arrive in a £400,000 Rolls-Royce to view London’s most exclusive mansion.
The couple turned up at The Holme in Regent’s Park yesterday morning in the blacked out 4×4 with a private registration plate.
They were greeted at the electric gates before viewing the luxury house — estimated to cost in excess of £150million.
The property, owned by the Saudi royal family, has four acres of gardens and views on to Regent’s Park lake.
Nick, 49 — estimated to be worth £850million — and former Neighbours actress Holly, 39, spent 45 minutes looking around the house, which was built in 1818.
It was previously occupied by Prince Khaled al-Waleed — the son of the King of Saudi Arabia’s brother.
Last year Nick was selling his penthouse in One Hyde Park for £175million.
In July 2021 it was reported that he and Holly bought a seven-bedroom mansion in Oxfordshire for around £10million.
Nick, along with his younger brother Christian, bought his first property in 1995.
Last year Nick was in the running to become the new owner of Chelsea Football Club.
Nick has a personal fortune estimated at up to £850million.
