A KEEN bargain hunter has taken to TikTok to reveal that Home Bargains is where you should be stocking up on your favourite beauty buys.
Eve Kennedy, known online as @evekennedy0, shared a video comparing the prices of Real Techniques and Skinny Tan favorites in Home Bargains with other retailers.
During the 21-second video, the beauty fan is seen filming various products spotted in the Byker store in Newcastle – and suggested shoppers could save as much as £20 on some.
First, she picks up The Inkey List Peptide Q10 & Ginger Daily Defense Antioxidant Serum and their Salicylic Acid & Sea Kelp Pore Clearing and Oil Control Serum, both on sale FOR £1.99 in Home Bargains.
She said: “This is currently £14 on their website, and this is currently £22.”
Next, Eve compares a range of Real Techniques products, including the Mess Free Masking Applicator & Steam Cloth, on sale for £1.99, and the Premium Travel Holder Case for Miracle Complexion Makeup Sponge, just 99p.
She added: “These are currently £3 in Boots, and this is £6.99 on Amazon.”
Eve also reveals the Eylure Brow Comb Tweezers were just 99p in Home Bargains, while shoppers are expected to fork out £13 on ASOS or £6 on Amazon.
The Wunderkiss Essential Lip Scrub was just 99p, and the Lip Plumping Gloss Collagen and Hyaluronic Acid was £1.99.
She said: “This is £14.99 at Amazon, and the gloss is £19.99 on Amazon.”
For self-tan fans, there were some bargains to be had too. The popular Hawaiian Tropic Self Tan in the shade Ultra Dark was £2.49, but £16.50 on their website.
And the Skinny Tan Instant Tanner was £2.25 in the discount store, but £10 on their website.
Fans loved Eve’s discovery, with the video gaining more than 9,600 likes and 220,500 likes.
In the comments, beauty fans shared their reactions, with many stunned by the possible savings.
