Coronation Street villain’s sister arrives with a chilling warning amid stalking ordeal
DAISY Midgeley has been living in fear for weeks after Justin became infatuated with her.
But she gets a chilling warning from somebody who knows him well in upcoming Coronation Street scenes.
The troubled character portrayed by former Hollyoaks and Waterloo Road star Andrew Still took a liking to Daisy but his behaviour is dramatically escalating and causing her mental anguish.
Terrified of what’s to come and left perpetually on edge, the Rovers barmaid (Charlotte Jordan) attended a court hearing hoping to be granted a Stalking Protection Order against Justin.
However, she’s at her wit’s end when she sees him lurking around the cobbles in scenes due to air next week on ITV.
Growing increasingly tired of her boundaries being violated, Daisy retaliates by whipping her phone out and filming him, knowing he could use any of her actions against her from experience.
Daisy tries to make a point by livestreaming her encounter with Justin to her many social media followers but Jenny Connor and Glenda Shuttleworth are horrified as they watch the footage from the pub.
Justin eventually gives up and rushes off but Daisy later gets the unfortunate proof that he most likely won’t be relenting.
In later scenes, newcomer Karen – portrayed by guest star Lynn Kennedy – shows up at the Rovers with a chilling warning for Daisy.
Karen tells her she isn’t Justin’s first obsession and urges Daisy to watch her back as he’s clearly dangerous.
And she would know – Karen is none other than Justin’s sister.
Will Daisy listen?
Justin began to torment Daisy by tracking her down on social media and showing up wherever she was.
Convinced she and him were in love after their meeting at the hospital, Justin insisted he’d be ready for her once she decided to break things off with Daniel Osbourne, her fiancé.

Daisy was first shocked but with Justin’s behaviour becoming more out of hand and her mental health on the decline, she lashed out in self-defence and punched him.
This prompted Justin to turn on her and report her for assault.
Actor Andrew Still has teased heaps of trouble for both Daisy and Daniel, as the turmoil takes a toll on their relationship, but he’s only recently spoken about the bleak future of the storyline.
“I knew the beginning of the arc at first. I knew about Justin coming in as a stalker and that he could get obsessive,” he said.
“He was pitched as someone who has misplaced affections, but also with this possible darker edge in the future.”
The soap star revealed that soap bosses later vowed the plot would have a darker edge and Justin could be ready to do anything to get to Daisy.
“I came in and they said: ‘Well, this is maybe what we’ve got planned down the road’. It was a bit of a shock when I heard what’s going to be happening further down the line.”
How will it play out?
