Fashion fan snaps up clothes that give ‘H&M & Zara vibes at Primark prices’… and urges others not to sleep on Poundland
A FASHION fan has urged people not to “sleep on Poundland” after hitting the discount store for a whole new wardrobe.
Jamie took to TikTok to share a video from inside her local shop, as she panned the camera round at the new items on the rails.
“Have you seen this?” she said incredulously.
“Don’t f**king sleep on Poundland. I mean, what the f**k?
“Look at the drip they are coming through with – it’s giving H&M, Zara vibes at Primark prices.
“The girl was too stunned to speak, let me tell you that for free.
“You best know half of that s**t came home with me.”
Among the items she showed were tonnes of ribbed sets – similar to the much-loved ones from Primark – as well as oversized T-shirts and jumpers.
Referring to one green jumper which had the words “Self Love Club” emblazoned on the front and was just £10, Jamie said: “I don’t even like the colour green but I couldn’t say no to the price.”
She also snapped up a cream cargo miniskirt, as she admitted: “Now that went straight in my basket.”
Jamie was also quick to praise a crochet-style two-piece set, as she said: “Look at this, summer vibes – what? £14 – are you mad?”
Concluding, she added: “Honestly, I’m still in shock – I can’t get over it!”
“Can confirm I’ve had the black seamless leggings for like a year and I love em,” one person commented on the video.
As another added: “had mine ages best things ever.”
“pound land clothes looking better than primark,” a third wrote.
But others weren’t quite as convinced.
“The leggings go very very see through after one wear,” one commented.
“don’t get themmm, the seamless ribbed leggings split as soon as you move,” another said.
“Not good quality tho,” a third wrote.
“Shame as the prices are great!”
Jamie responded with another video of herself sporting one of the bodysuits she’d picked up.
“I think I paid about £6 for it, and I’m not mad about it,” she said.
“The quality is so, so nice. For the price, you really can’t knock it, can you?”
