Inside Daisy May Cooper’s huge countryside mansion as she’s lined up for James Bond role
DAISY May Cooper has shown off her huge countryside mansion as she’s lined up for a James Bond role.
The 36-year-old actress, who is best known for her role as Kerry Mucklowe in the BBC Three series This Country.
And away from the limelight Daisy lives a private life in her gorgeous country home.
The star has shared snaps of the spacious house that boasts at least three floors.
It has wooden flooring running throughout the property and neutral colours.
The Sun revealed how Daisy May Cooper is in talks to join the Bond franchise — as spy chief ‘M’.
Bosses hope the 36-year-old would bring a comedic and quirky edge to the role, previously held by heavyweights Dame Judi Dench and Ralph Fiennes.
Film insiders say the unlikely casting talks came after the success of This Country star Daisy’s close pal Phoebe Waller-Bridge, 37, joining the franchise as a script consultant.
Producers are said to feel the time is right for a sweeping overhaul of the long-running blockbusters.
It would coincide with a new leading man replacing Daniel Craig who stepped down as the British Secret Service agent at the end of the last film, No Time To Die.
Daisy looked slimmer when she recently appeared on Saturday Night Takeaway.
She took part in the legendary Read My Lips challenge and stepping in as the celebrity voice-over.
Sparkling on stage, Daisy flaunted her long blonde locks, a short black satin dress and heeled boots as she bantered with the show’s presenters, Ant and Dec.
She even tried her best as she took part in the Read My Lips challenge, which was aptly based on countries.
