Wife of Amanda Owen’s new lover ‘heartbroken, blindsided and lonely’ as he ‘walks out’ of family home
THE wife of Amanda Owen’s new lover is said to be ‘heartbroken, blindsided and lonely’ as he ‘walked out’ of the family home.
The Sun exclusively revealed how the Our Yorkshire Farm star had moved on with a new man.
At the weekend she appeared in Folkestone, Kent — a six-hour drive from her Yorkshire base — with businessman Robert Davies.
She met him five years ago when he got involved in their farming business by encouraging them to take their endeavours online.
However, Robert’s wife Yusami, 56, is said to be ‘heartbroken’ after he walked out of their family home following their 12-year marriage.
The MailOnline reports the businessman, 71, had been having an affair with Amanda, 48, and confessed it all to his devastated wife.
A source close to Yusami told the outlet: “She is absolutely heartbroken by what’s happened. She can’t believe it.
“She gave up a career in banking after meeting Rob in Tokyo and he persuaded her to leave all of her family and friends in Japan to start a new life with him in the UK.”
Amanda and Robert have known each other for a number of years.
A source told The Sun: “Amanda and Robert have known each other many years — long before her split.
“Now he travels everywhere with her and they’ve become seemingly inseparable.”
Robert has three children from his other three marriages and married Yusami in Tokyo after meeting her in Japan.
Last summer Amanda shared a post confirming that she and her husband Clive had split after 22 years.
She said: “Clive and I have are sad to confirm that we have made the difficult decision to separate.
“This hasn’t been easy, but we both believe it’s the right choice for the future of our family.”
The Sun has contacted Amanda’s rep for comment.
