Blac Chyna has likely spent $62K on makeunder – the silicone in her butt & face filler ‘won’t all come out’, says expert
BLAC Chyna won’t be able to return her silicone-enhanced body to normal despite spending a likely $62,000 on her makeunder, a plastic surgeon has said.
He claims that it’s impossible to completely remove all the harmful silicone that was injected into her butt when she was a teen.
Blac Chyna has been busy showcasing her makeunder to the world while documenting her fast-track journey toward a hopeful new look and lifestyle.
The Washington, DC native began filming her less-is-more surgery spell earlier this year.
Speaking on The Jason Lee Show, she said: “I’m just changing everything about me, It’s a dead end. All that stuff is a dead end, and I know that I’m worth way more than that.”
By March 9, Blac Chyna had supposedly removed her silicone butt injections while undergoing her fifth boob job – which was a reduction.
Within a matter of days, she was filmed trying to get her fillers dissolved from her cheeks and jawline using a catheter – which took two attempts at Allure Laser in Los Angeles.
“Back to the baseline,” she told her fans in her Instagram video at the time.
She added: “Honestly, I’m just tired of the look, and it’s just not flattering, it’s not what I look like. It totally changed my face.”
Chyna’s expensive cosmetic surgery efforts came after she’d also ditched her OnlyFans account and changed her name back to Angela White.
After reviewing footage of the reality star, plastic surgeon Dr. Richard Westeich told The U.S Sun: “It’s one of these situations where you trade one problem for another problem.
“Blac Chyna’s surgeon probably didn’t charge her more than $30,000 to try and get all the silicone out of her butt.
“This procedure is probably a lot more expensive than putting it in.
“The issue with her butt now is that in reality, it’s a waiting game to see if she gets more granulomas.
“They also won’t have got all the silicone out and they likely never will.
“It’s worse than trying to get sand off yourself after you go to the beach.
“Chyna’s breast reduction would have likely cost around $30,000.
“Trying to dissolve her face filler would have cost about $2,000 so far.
“She looks to have lost weight, which is likely why the filler that she’d had in her face in the first place started to make her features look too angular.
“Her jawline was getting a bit square and her cheekbones might have been too volumized.
“Chyna wouldn’t know if all the filler is gone from her face after she did the treatment.
“I’m sure they dissolved something.
“Looking at the video, Chyna probably had a proportional reduction in those areas, plus it seemed as if there were multiple layers of filler there.”
The reality star told her fans that she was “very happy” about how her makeunder had gone while claiming that the amount of liquid taken from her bum was equivalent to a two-liter bottle of Coca-Cola.
Blac Chyna was photographed out and about within days of her surgeries showing off her supposed new facial features and trimmed-down curves.
While her surgeon claimed to have removed 1250 ccs of silicone from her butt during an eight-hour surgery, Blac Chyna expressed in an Instagram video that she wanted to be “open and honest.”
She also said: “You only have one body, you’ve got to take care of it.”
At the time, her fans were quick to praise her honesty with one writing: “I like that she is honest about her reason to do it in the first place.”
Another said: “I love how honest you were when you said you were doing it because everybody was doing it…you realized your mistake and you owed it #growth.”
“We wouldn’t know the timing of how long it will take to know how this has all gone for Blac Chyna,” says Dr. Westreich.
“She’ll likely take months to fully heal from the butt procedure and it’s going to have to settle down.
“The granulomas could also flare up again at any point in her butt in the future, as not all the silicone would have come out.
“The silicone is liquid and goes everywhere, and especially if they were doing multiple layers when she was young, it could have gone into her muscle a little bit as well but in all, you can’t remove it 100 percent.
“The 1250 cc that the surgeon told her about was probably three-quarters of the stuff that was added to do the procedure for her.
“They put in an injection of dilute called tumescent as well.
“Removing the silicone isn’t going to solve the whole problem.
“But while it’s not a guarantee that she’s going to have more problems, it’s just a guarantee that the silicone isn’t 100 percent out.”
In the past, Nicki Minaj’s former body double admitted to undergoing four boob jobs, getting lipo, and having silicone butt injections when she was 19.
Now aged 34 and as a busy mom of two, post-surgical recovery may be tougher for her.
Chyna shares daughter Dream, six, with Rob Kardashian and 10-year-old son King Cairo Stevenson with her ex-fiancé, Kylie Jenner’s rapper ex Tyga, Kylie Jenner.
The TV personality split with Rob in 2017 and was unsuccessful in taking legal action against The Kardashians after blaming them for canceling her show.
“I suppose everything that’s done to remove the silicone is all very superficial,” says Dr. Westreich.
“Her butt might be a little sore, but it’s not going to limit her ability to be pretty functional.
“The only thing people can’t do is sit properly and she’d have to sit on a special donut cushion.
“The issue she has had over the years with the silicone injections and what they were describing in her clinic sounds like she developed granulomas.
“This is like an immune reaction to a foreign body, where the immune system kind of walls of the foreign body
“It makes this hard kind of nodule which can happen from silicone and it sounds like she had that in the gluteal region.
“The silicone goes everywhere so what you can try and do is suck as much of it out as possible.
“They use a modified liposuction type technique and aggressive cannulas, which almost scoops out tissue.
“The reason why some surgeons won’t do this procedure is that by removing the silicone and the granulomas, you can create more disfigurement.
“It’s very hard to do it and get it to be smooth.
“Blac Chyna will know over the coming months how her butt will look.
“There can be skin discolorations and other problems as well.
“In reality, a significant number of people who have some of the silicone removed are going to have other problems that are going to require a lot of management.”
