I’m a gym girl – people always ask me how I got my ’roundness’ in only four months of training
THIS gym girl has revealed the five glute exercises she uses to get her “roundness” in just four months.
Working out can be challenging when you don’t instantly see results, but one TikToker has demonstrated her top exercises that lead to a speedy outcome.
Annabel (@annabel.lucinda) likes to post gym videos on TikTok and in one clip, she shared glute exercises that have transformed her body.
She told her viewers to do Kas glute bridges, as she filmed herself dipping her hips, which were weighted with a barbell.
Annabel said to do three sets of 10 repetitions each and to increase the weight on the barbell after each set.
The gym girl then showed how to do a glute bridge hold.
She said to hold the barbell at your hips until you can’t hold it anymore.
Next up was glute-biased RDLs, which she did for three sets of 10 repetitions.
Annabel demonstrated this by lowering the barbell until her back was parallel to the ceiling.
When a viewer asked Annabel what weight she uses for the glute bridges and the rdls, the gym girl said she does 180, 200, 220 for the bridges and 90 for the rdls.
Annabell added that “weight depends on the person.”
In the video, Annabell put a twist on the classic squat by holding a kettlebell and standing on weight plates.
These are called elevated sumo squats and she did three sets of 10 repetitions.
To end her workout, she did glute medius kickbacks for three sets of 10 repetitions.
She used a cable low to the ground that she attached to her leg and kicked her leg back.
One TikTok user commented on these kickbacks saying that it is performed “to get that roundness.”
The viewer encouraged Annabel saying, “Keep going girl!”
Another commenter vouched for Annabel’s tips: “This is exactly what I do.”
“It really works!!” the TikTok user added.
