People are always freaked out when they realise what’s going on with my quirky smile – sure it’s weird but I love it
A WOMAN has left the social media users freaked out after revealing her rather unusual smile that has three front teeth.
Julianna Francis, believed to be from the US, took to TikTok where she explained how the quirky smile – and the extra tooth – came about.
”So people seem to be curious about my one front tooth because of the TikTok I posted.”
Whilst some might assume the extra gnasher was fake, the young woman insisted it was real – and even tapped it with her fingernails to prove so in the clip.
”It’s a part of me, it’s not like fake or anything.”
According to Julianna, she suffered from a medical condition as a newbown, which, in turn, affected her smile.
”When I was a baby, I had an illness that they think was midline.
”Imagine a line that’s running down the middle of your entire body and everything that the lines passes through should be affected in some way.”
But whilst Julianna was lucky that her internal organs and spine weren’t impacted by this, her smile was – hence the three front pearly whites.
”I think I’m missing a tooth. I don’t think they merged cause I think if it merged it would be much bigger.”
As well as her unusual teeth, Julianna’s breathing was also affected, as her nostrils had not developed properly.
”But I had surgery – and they just drilled holes in my skull,” she explained.

Despite the tooth confusing many, the woman insisted her day-to-day like was completely ”normal” and the pearly white didn’t get in the way.
”It’s just normal. You don’t know how to explain it cause I;ve had it my entire life.
”It doesn’t hurt, it doesn’t do anything weird.
”I feel like it may even be stronger than two front teeth,” Julianna reckoned.
Although for some time she did hate the smile and had even gone to a dentist to plan ”fixing it”, Julianna said she had changed her mind.
”I don’t think I’m going to cause I don’t really care.”
