Jack Fincham splits from his girlfriend and drops huge hint he’s returning to Love Island villa as a bombshell
LOVE Island winner Jack Fincham has revealed that he’s single again – while dropping a hint he’d return to the dating show that made him famous.
The 32-year-old star, who rose to fame in 2018 after being crowned Love Island champ, said: “I’m so single it hurts.”
He was last known to be dating a brunette beauty named Jodie Ella just a couple of months ago, and told fans at the time that he’d “found a gooden.”
Having now moved on, Jack hinted at the possibility of a Love Island return, like former contestants Kady McDermott and his good pal Adam Collard.
He said: “Oh yeah of course I’d go back on the show. I’d love to.
“It’s like a perfect environment to meet someone. You haven’t got to worry about your phone or going to work or cooking! I’m not just trying to get out of work but yeah, I’d go back on the show in a heartbeat.”
Jack said he is ready to settle down now after failing to find “the one.”
He won Love Island alongside girlfriend at the time Dani Dyer, but the pair went their separate ways nine months later in April 2019.
Jack continued to say he does get “a lot of attention” when he’s on nights out, playfully adding: “It’s my own charm. It’s a curse.
“But actually I’m kind of ready to find someone and spend time with them.
“My little brother is 28 and he’s been with his girlfriend for nine years and I think wow I’d love that now.
“I’m ready to meet someone.”
The star added that he finds it hard to tell whether someone wants to be with him.
He shared: “Does someone just want to be with me because I’ve been on telly and have a blue tick? It’s hard to know sometimes.
“That’s with everyone though – you come out of that show and everyone wants to be your mate and your phone doesn’t stop ringing and then sometimes you lose touch with a lot of the old mates you thought would always be there.
“You start to think, just because I’ve been on telly it doesn’t make me a different person.”
But there’s one girl that would turn Jack’s head in a heartbeat – the star of Barbie movie, Margot Robbie.
“If we’re talking blue ticks, Barbie is coming out and Margot Robbie is a Love Island fan… she might DM me, she might not DM me,” Jack added.
Since his villa exit, Jack has been consistently open about his mental health with his 1.7million Instagram followers.
He’s often discussed struggles with anxiety and depression, but the reality star is feeling better than ever at present, and puts a lot of that down to his work as an amateur boxer.
Jack, who was speaking exclusively to The Sun as part of the third series of the Under the Surface podcast, with menswear brand Original Penguin x CALM, explained: “I’m back in camp at the moment and training every day and I’m feeling really good.
“I’ve boxed my whole life but my last fight was on the Mayweather card and that’s just from me manifesting it. I manifested that I’d win Love Island – I really believe in it.
“When work did dry up, I sat down with my team and they said ‘well what are you good at?’ and I said boxing and acting.
“And it’s all worked out. It’s just about being positive every day and doing things that will benefit your body and mind and as soon as I started doing that, work started coming in again.”
