I stole my toddler’s clothes and they look amazing – I barely even stretched them
THIS mum has wowed her followers after trying on her toddler’s clothes and barely stretching them.
Janine shared her experiment on TikTok, and tried on four shirts made for a tot – but they all fit her perfectly.
She said: “I’m trying on my toddler’s shirts.”
The mum showed the size tag of the first shirt, which was only a 2T, then wiggled it on.
The first option was a black and white striped tank top with an alligator on it.
Janine wiggled into it with ease, and it seemed to fit her well, though she had trouble getting it off.
The second option wowed the mum – a red tank top which looked as though it was made for her.
For the third option, she opted for a short sleeved tie dye tee, which again, fit her perfectly.
The last fashion choice was a grey and white marled tee, and Janine beamed as she modelled it.
One follower said: “Did you stretch them out?”
Janine admitted: “A little, but they’ll come back after I wash them!”
Another joked: “This trend was made for us hot moms!”
Another young mum revealed she steals her toddler’s clothes because they slim her belly and fit her perfectly.
Mum Elease took to social media to model two of her four-year-old son’s t-shirts.
She said: “So I’ve seen the trend where it was like ‘try on your kids’ shirt’.
“So I’m gonna try on one of Kai’s old shirts.”
In the video, we then saw Elease model her son’s tie-dye t-shirt.
What comes up as a baggy t-shirt on her toddler fit her like a crop top, as she gave her followers a 360 degree view of the top.
Showing off her belly, Elease appeared pleased with the fit of her son’s top.
She also explained: “It fits pretty well, it just depends on the cut of the shirt too though.
“One shirt I tried I couldn’t get my arms in at all.”
Elease’s clip has clearly impressed many, as it has quickly racked up 61,600 views.
It has 9,997 likes, 34 comments, 547 saves and 23 shares.
Stunned at the video, one user requested: “Do a series.”
To this, Elease shared another video, trying on another of her son’s t-shirts, as she said: “Part two trying on my toddler’s shirts.”
Elease tried on a blue crocodile shirt, which although looked baggy off, was tight on her chest when she tried it on.
In response to Elease’s clips, one person said: “I feel like my armits would hurt lol” to which Elease confirmed “Lol it wasn’t tight.”
Another added: “That’s actually cute.”
