I’m 41 but people swear I’m 20 years younger – the four budget beauty tips I swear by… and one costs just 80p
A YOUTHFUL looking woman in her forties who is often mistaken for being half her age has revealed her budget beauty secrets.
The age-defying beauty, who has not had any Botox or cosmetic procedures, is 41 but is regularly told she looks no more than 25 – with some even thinking she’s still in college.
But rather than fork out on pricey skincare, she has instead revealed the four anti-ageing tips and tricks she swears by.
In a post shared to TikTok (@ranavat), she reveals that a “powerful skin drink” is her secret to a healthy glow at 41 – and the ingredients cost as little as 80p.
“This drink is packed with antioxidants that keep your skin looking young and help fight out infection,” she explains.
“My mum drinks this every morning and while i was at home, I tried it for myself.
“So here we are squeezing half a lemon or lime, pouring into a glass and then adding some cinnamon for antibacterial properties and then some turmeric for it’s anti-inflammation properties.
“It also helps brighten the skin as well.”
She continues: “Add in a heaping spoon or raw manuka honey for its detoxification properties.
“I forgot to show a pinch of black pepper to activate that honey.
“Now pour some warm water – not hot – to combine this mixture.”
The youthful beauty goes on to urge her social media followers to drink it once every morning if they want “increased energy levels” and “glowy” skin.
Alongside the clip, she then posted a caption revealing her other anti-ageing beauty tips and penned: “My skin improved after 30.
“Sunscreen, hats, good skincare + nutrient dense foods..”
It wasn’t long before the video went viral, racking up thousands of views and hundreds of comments – with many gobsmacked by her age.
“41 where?” asked one.
A second penned: “I swear turmeric is the solution to all life’s problems.”
A third commented: “You look amazing!”
Meanwhile, a fourth noted: “41?? You look 25.”
Another agreed: “41? You don’t look older than 25!”
A further added: “I’m 23 and look older than you, what the…!”
And one more chimed in: “No way you are 41, you look like in college.”
