A MAN who started a side hustle playing video games in his bedroom has raked in over £200k in earnings.

Liam ‘Jukeyz’ James, 26, makes a living playing the popular game Call of Duty: Warzone.
Hailing from West Derby in Liverpool, Jukeyz broke onto the scene via the Battle Royale competition in 2019.
But he had been playing the hit game and perfecting his skills for years before becoming a successful pro gamer and streamer.
And he netted his biggest payday yet in 2022, scooping a whopping £25k in one day during an online competition.
Previously he had won £12.7k at World Series Of Warzone EU Trios back in 2021.
Liam revealed on Twitter that made more money in one night than he did in an entire year at his last job at a warehouse.
His hobby turned lucrative job has seen him rake in just over £200,000 in lifetime earnings, according to esportsearnings.
The well-known gamer is now trying to win over £400,000 in prize winnings in a Call of Duty: Warzone tournament streamed live at leveltap.
It will take place over the next three months and a number of different games will be contested.
The action starts today over three days with the Apex Legends ALGS Championship 2023 featuring the 40 best Apex Legends teams in the world.
Entrants will be competing for just over £1million in prize winnings and the title of Year 3 ALGS Champions.
From September 16, the World Series of Warzone Grand Final will see the top 50 trios in the world battle it out for the global crown and £427k.
The esports market has boomed in recent years with more and more viewers tuning in to watch their favourite games being played.
