My dates have dried up since women find out that I haven’t got a job
DEAR DEIDRE: MY dates have dried up since women find out that I haven’t got a job.
I’m a graduate of 24. People say I’m a good-looking guy.
I left university and got an internship for a big multinational company doing data analysis but the position ended after a year.
I’m now looking for work again and a girlfriend too.
I’ve had many matches on dating apps but when people ask a bit about me and what I do, I find myself having to lie about being back in my old job otherwise they don’t want to know.
I’ve got some money saved so I’m capable of picking them up in my car and taking them on a date.

My mother always told me to be respectful and pay for a lady when
I’m trying to impress her but it seems that these days women expect the security of dating a guy with a full-time job.
Is money more important than love?
